We design, build and run software for a small number of organizations at a time: a proposal platform for Canadian creatives, a fertility community, a retreat and its guest apps, a sound wellness app and a Caribbean dessert brand. Here is what we do for each of them.
A Canadian proposal and contract platform for consultants, agencies and creative freelancers.
What we do for them
We lead AI engineering at EFN Pro and rebuilt the platform: proposals, contracts with milestones, meetings, knowledge bases, invoicing and payments, moved to Google Cloud with zero-downtime migrations. Our retrieval pipeline on Gemini turns meeting transcripts and notes into draft proposals and contracts.
A Canadian fertility community for intended parents, donors and clinics, with honest education and guided support for families deciding what to do with embryos, eggs or sperm in storage.
What we do for them
We designed and built the Family Seed platform: web and mobile apps for intended parents, donors and clinics. Donor recommendations use Vertex AI embeddings and vector search with plain-language explanations from Gemini, a Hume voice and text assistant helps people fill in forms and find their way, and Stripe handles payments.
A medically licensed plant medicine retreat and all-inclusive resort in Costa Rica, built around a seven-day life advancement program.
What we do for them
We build and support ROAM, the resort's guest-services app, in React Native: rebooking with room search, a Guest Hub with saved cards and live transaction history, gift certificates, appointments and digital signatures, with payments that work across the hotel and wellness sides of the business.
Rythmia's preparation and integration app: a 90-day program of video modules, live group sessions, coaching and music for guests before and after their stay.
What we do for them
We build and support RLife on the web and on iOS and Android with Next.js and Expo: video preparation and integration programs, live Zoom group sessions with reminders and calendar links, and push notifications.
A sound and color wellness app that turns a one-minute check-in into personalized binaural beat sessions, with live listening rooms and a score you can watch change.
What we do together
We are product and engineering partners on U4EA. We rebuilt the app for iOS and Android in React Native on Firebase, with a native binaural audio engine, and built its website, admin and provider portals and web player, plus AI-narrated explainer and promo videos with ElevenLabs voices.
A Caribbean dessert brand making hand-layered cheesecake push-pops in six flavours, sold in supermarkets and ordered by WhatsApp.
What we do for them
We built the C-Pops website in English, French and Kwéyòl, with flavour pages, a store finder and WhatsApp ordering, and we make the brand's AI-generated illustrations, video ads and packaging labels.
