An AI agency in Toronto that ships working products
Sacred Blue Studios is an AI agency in Toronto that designs, builds and runs AI products, not slide decks. We build AI agents, voice assistants, search over your own content and generated video, and we ship them inside real web and mobile apps. AI has been in our production code since 2023, and agents help run our own studio every day.

01
What an AI agency should actually do
An AI agency finds the jobs where AI helps people, builds the software that does those jobs, and keeps it running. A consultancy usually stops at the roadmap. A development shop usually builds what it is handed. Sacred Blue does the whole path: it finds the job, builds it, ships it and measures it.
We start with a real moment, not a model. Who is this for, what do they need, and does AI make that moment better? If the answer is no, we leave AI out and say so.

What we build with AI
Every item below is something the studio has already run in production, in its own products or for clients.
- AI agents that take a request, use your tools, finish the job and report back
- Voice assistants and voice agents, built with Hume and ElevenLabs
- Search over your own documents with embeddings, vector search and RAG, with answers that cite their source
- Generated video and audio pipelines, with Remotion in 12 codebases
- MCP servers that let agents read your data safely, including PostgreSQL
03
AI in production, not in a demo
2023 the year AI entered our production code
Sacred Blue has shipped AI to real users since 2023. OpenAI runs in 10 of our codebases, Google Gemini in 8 and Vertex AI in 6. We build with Anthropic Claude through the API and use Claude Code for agentic coding every day.
Using several model providers keeps us honest. We pick the model that fits the job, its cost and its privacy needs, and we can switch when a better option arrives.
04
AI agent heavy, so a small team does a lot
3,000+ commits across our own products since 2025
We use agents on our own work before we sell them to anyone. Agents draft code, run tests, cut video and voice characters, and our senior people review and decide. That is how the studio made more than 3,000 commits across its own products since 2025.
It is also how Jokerz runs a 24/7 AI-hosted livestream on YouTube with no broadcast staff, while a person reviews every podcast episode. Next, we are building a client portal that turns a client's request into AI coding work that a person can approve.
05
A team that scales with your project
Sacred Blue keeps a small senior core in Toronto. For bigger projects, we add engineers, designers and specialists from a network we have hired, led and mentored over 29 years. They already know how we work, so a larger team gets going quickly.
06
How an engagement works
Most projects follow the same four steps.
- Find the job: we name one task worth doing and how we will know it worked
- Prove it small: a working version on real data, reviewed by your people
- Build it in: the AI ships inside your app, website or internal tools, with guardrails
- Run it: we host it, watch quality and cost, and improve it over time

An AI agency finds the tasks where AI can help a business or its customers, then designs, builds and runs the software that does them. At Sacred Blue Studios in Toronto, that means AI agents, voice assistants, search over your own content and generated media, shipped inside real apps.
A consultancy usually delivers advice and a roadmap. Sacred Blue Studios delivers working software and keeps it running. The same team designs the experience, writes the code, hosts it on the cloud and tunes the AI after launch, so the plan and the product never drift apart.
Sacred Blue works with Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini and Vertex AI, plus ElevenLabs and Hume for voice. OpenAI runs in 10 of the studio's codebases and Gemini in 8. The studio chooses the model per task, based on quality, cost and privacy.
Sacred Blue gives each AI feature a narrow job, limited permissions and a person who reviews what matters. Answers that come from your content can cite their source. In the studio's own apps, parents approve every look Parler draws, and family data is never used to train AI.
